To all Forum Readers:
I would like some advice as to what books are the best for beginners. I am a newbie, and I just received a Fukien Tea Tree and I am very excited! Plus, I don't want to kill my first tree, if I can help it. I don't know anything about the tree, AT ALL!!! I don't know anything about pruning, feeding, shaping, styling, watering, new foilage, cutting......NOTHING!! So, as you can see, I need a good book right about now, one that can take me step by step, from the very, very, beginning, until I get use to it and it becomes second nature to me, as it already has for most of you guys. I'm waiting and open to ALL suggestions. neici |

I-Net
In my personal opinion I think that the internet has enough information that I dont need to buy books. But if my wife reads this I think a book would be a nice gift......LOL
anyway if you spend enough time searching the net I am sure you can find out all the information you need to know. TRY WWW.bonsaiprimer.com |

If you are wanting info on indoor bonsai, I recommend the one I mentioned in regards to your other post: Bonsai in Your Home by Paul Lesniewicz. Better Homes & Garden also has a great primer...

Reading
I understand your point. I myself am not much the bookworm. I like looking at pictures because I can think about other things at the same time I guess. I Think Bonsai is growing my patience. Maybe in the future I will have enough patience to read. As far as bed there are only 2 things I do there, Sleep and well you know (I am a newlywed). I mostly just save articles I find on the net and read them at work in my slack time. My homelife is too busy to sit down and read. I have a 1 year old son you see.
