Since it's already Dec 15 in the GMT zone where the random number of the day has been posted, the drawing can proceed for the winner of the prize for the user who voted on all entries! Given that we are a bit shorthanded and I am sick as a dog, I won't be validating each of the 64 entrants in this thread, which would take hours, but I will instead validate the actual winner to be sure that s/he is eligible. In the event that person is ineligible, we'll chose again tomorrow and so forth

We take the last 4 digits 6795 mod (64+1) = 35

modulo is the integer remainder when 6795 is divided by 65 is 35. As explained previously 1 is added to get results up to the maximum (in this case 65).
