Those plans are great! I've been trying to come up with something that Mrs. VLN would O.K. and I think you've found it! I was going to cobble something together using those materials, but it would have looked cobbled together! This is nice, and it should come down quickly as well.

Ya, I built one years ago and it did not stand up to the wind in my area.
I found this and was blowed away with how easy it is and to have a place to get parts. Plus being PVC makes it cheap and fast to put together!

I have not built one of these, but being PVC you can bet it is going to be dang cheap.
My guess on cost would be under 100.
