out for summer, in for winter

I have a schefflera, and a juniper, should I keep them out for the summer, and inside for the winter?

Re: out for summer, in for winter

The schefflera is a tropical plant and can;t take any freezing temperatures but will benifit from growing outside durring spring and summer. The juniper is very hardy and should be grown outside year round. Depending on your climate the juniper may need winter protection, like in a cold frame.
