And here I thought that the pictures of two days ago were something.
We got 40 inches again yesterday. While we are used to snow this is really extreme. The greenhouse is ten feet high.

Walter,

Unbelievable!!! Es ist schneebedeckt, ja? Do you find a few people buried in the snow when it thaws in spring? I love snow, but that is too much. Beautiful, but too much. When I was in the Army I remember guys talking about tours of duty in Germany. The Gasthaus was a VERY popular place because of the weather. These pics explain that.

I'll take our brief snow falls that last for a week or so (we are getting a cold rain 32*F, that will be a little snow later). Stay warm, and don't stray from the trails! I'll tip a stein for you.

Auf wiedersehen,

John

I supose 10 feet of snow makes snowman building an intersting activity, you could carve them out of the drifts instead of rolling balls!

You don't make snowmen in snow that deep; you make forts and tunnels

Thumbs up

Hey Walter,

Nice snow. I live in So.Ca. Where we refer to as Paradise. My bonsai are always outside. My grandparents came from Munich by the way.
Auf Wiedersehen

Peace
Bob
