Yup, deffo fukien tea, aka carmona microphylla -- I nice gift
Give it lots of light and let the soil drain between waterings. It does not tolerate cold very well, but can do OK down to about 45 degrees F. After that, in my experience, it gets fussy. It can live outdoors in the summer, but may get leaf burn at first if it is exposed directly to full sun without time to adjust. If it came with rocks glued to the surface of the soil, take them off.
