Posts: 304	Laceleaf Maple Can someone tell me what the scientific name is for the laceleaf maple? I was thinking of getting some of these to try to bonsai. Will they do ok here in Z5 Ohio? You didn't ask for an explanation. You will find the word "dissectum" listed along with the Species genus and cultivar. "Laceleaf" is not a species or even a variety, it is a description of a leaf characteristic.
