Fukien tea blooms and leaves

My fukien tea tree has lots of dense foliage, but it recently stopped blooming. I returned to the shop where I purchased it and was told something contradictory to what she had told me before.

Previously, she had advised me to water it 3 times a week by soaking it and to fertilize it twice a week with liquid bonsai food. I was following this regimen and getting flowers regularly. Suddenly, it stopped blooming and she told me to water twice a week and only fertilize once.

It doesn't look like the tree is dying or anything. The leaves are a pretty dark green and they're quite broad. Could there be another reason why it isn't blooming?

I can't think of any plants that bloom continuously without interruption. Maybe there are some?

What kind or strenght does the fertilizer is? Because, if it is the one I use... it would be too much...

Well, about watering... depends on the season you're, because when it's summer (I understand) you should water it more than in winter, and so on... It also depends on the place you have it, the size of the pot, the needs of the tree... so the best idea is to measure the moist level of the soil with a chopstick, I think you should see all the FAQ about watering... and of course the ones about fertilizing...

Luck!!!
