Perfect.

You're doing well! now you can see in there and it's beginning to look more like a tree.

Next step is to decide which of those buds should be branches and which should be toast. I can't see the whole tree so this is a little difficult. See that whorl there in the middle where you have two big branches and two little ones? That's a trouble (or opportunity spot) because left to its own devices you would get a bulge there.

But fear not. You have some decisions. Depending on your design goal for the tree at this time, (big trunk or well branched tree) you could:

1) Cut off the big branch on the left and keep one or both of the little buds for the time being and use branch on the right as a new leader

2) Or remove both of the little buds and stick with the larger two branches if you're going for bulk at the expense of ramification.
