Rock planting Cotoneaster - advice needed for show

The yearly bonsai club show is coming up and this year I was planning to take my Rock planted cotoneasters. I recently purchased the large tray it's displayed in and added the second rock. The small rock has immature seedlinds and these will be replaced when I've grown the right trees to put in there.

I'd like some advice on how to improve this planting:
- how the trees can be improved
- the rock surface
- the position of the 2nd rock in relation to the 1st
- accent plantings on the rock(s)
- where's the front?...
etc etc etc

The tree was rotated clockwise 1/4 turn with every photo.
