Yellow leaves on Fukien Tea

Hi,
My first (and to date only) bonsai, a Fukien Tea, is growing like crazy. Every day there's something new to look at and decide on, but it's recently developed a few (three or four) yellowish leaves on the inside of the canopy. These leaves pull off very easily and they really have me worried.
There are bugs in the soil, I don't know what kind, and I just haven't had a chance to re-pot it yet and get rid of the bugs. Is there a kind of bug that could cause this effect? I really don't want my tree to have termites, but I'm open to that suggestion as well.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
