Hi, thanks so much for posting this info on eucalyptus bonsai, I've just brought an unknown species of eucalyptus from a greengrocer for a pound with the intention to bonsai. I'm pretty new to all this, so very sorry for basic question asking. The plant seems tiny to the stock plants shown on this site, it's about 40cm tall, and the main stem is only 4mm in diameter. Should I repot it in a normal pot, or in a bonsai pot? It's pretty root bound.
