Looks like Eastern White Cedar(not a
Cedrus at all), sometimes called arborvitae, or
Thuja occidentalis. Some variation in varieties: yours looks to be apically dominant (I have several collected urbandori that are laterally dominant and they have been called globe arborvitae.)
