I hesitate to get into this, but seeing the pictures...

Am I correct that these are the dwarf Burtt Davyi ficus?

Last July, I brought back one from Florida that had a fungus problem. (Only the dwarf BDs seem to get this.) I was unable to save the tree.

When you cut away the part that's bad, the cut discolors rapidly to the same color, and, well you get the picture. I don't recall black spots on the leaves.

to get authoritative answers. Please share what you learn here.

They're lovely trees, but that fungus is a bummer!
