Hi jportock,
Well from what I can see it looks like a variegated serissa foetida of the Mt. Fuji variety. I think this is so because I have one of these myself.
They can be kinda tricky. Make sure it is in good draining soil mix and do not over water or let it go completely dry. They are very finicky about this.
