The word shohin expresses the feeling of tiny goods. And shohin-bonsai includes the following subcategories:
Mini-bonsai, 7cm/3 inches - 10cm/4 inches high.
Bean-bonsai or Mame-bonsai is 7cm/ 3 inches high.
Keshitsubu is the fruit of the mustard, and this fruit is very small. The word can be used to describe or compare the size of the things.
Keshitsubu bonsai, are the smallest of all shohin-bonsai. They may have a maximum size of app. 5cm/ 2 inches in height, and will include anything smaller that's horticultural possible.
In English they are also called finger-tips bonsai i.e.
