Yes, you can convert a publisher file to a pdf. I do it every month for the Cincinnati Bonsai club. I think you might even receive a copy of it already. I create the newsletter in Publisher and I know what a pain it is to try and reorganize the converted Word file.

Do a google search for Acrobat Printer driver. There are several free ones out there. I have tried several, there is a difference in the size of the pdf, but there are workarounds for that. Basically, installing the driver adds a virtual printer that outputs pdf files. I attach the file to an e-mail and also send it to a printer for those members that prefer hard copy.
