That's quite a list, most of which I have not worked with. With regards to the juniper here are some that are commonly used in bonsai
JUNIPERUS procumbens Nana
JUNIPERUS sargenti
JUNIPERUS x media Shimpaku
Of course I'm sure there are some on the list that are good bonsai that I'm not familar with. Some of the species I was familar with but not the cultivar.
I have second-hand info to stay away from JUNIPERUS x media Old Gold. (An info sheet on the web said it was short-lived.
