Chances are its just a minor serissa grumpiness. Flowers dont last forever, just pinch them off to encourage the tree to use its energy on its leaves. If the leaves havent fallen off though, you should be fine. It sounds like this serissa is fine to me, just resume your watering, everything should be alright.
