That's an excellent idea for a future article.

I would go with the simplest method that gets you going. Maybe meeting at a member's house in rotation. Start with a study group on a weekend once a month and go from there.

You might want to do a search on "bonsai club bylaws" or by-laws. I think Diablo and at least one other club has theirs on-line, but the rules and stuff are for down the road!
