Contraty to what the definition of Evergreen is precieved as, no tree is fully evergreen. Ficus will drop leaves and grow new ones just not usually all at the same time. Though there are other things that could be causing the occasional yellow leaf, not enought light or some sort of watering issuie, it is usually not a problem to worry about.
