I also bought eBay black pine seeds this spring,, but I purchased back in February,, what i did was
soak them in water for a day
placed the seeds then in a baggy with wet vermiculite
placed the mix in the refrigerator for a little over 60 days
then sorted the seeds back out around may 5 th?? ,, didn't right down my starting date "and placed in Miracle grow soil
I do have Turface in the bottom off these cells with soil on top
tray was covered and placed on one of ***Charley***'s heat mats
I'm in zone 5 today the greenhouse is hitting 8o* today
