my parents have a chihuaha that is as big around as he is tall which is the result of having his manhood taken imho that will bite you in a second whether he knows you or not. only 1 person can pet him at a time or your bit you get around his food your bit he just doesnt like the way you look or smelll that day he will probably bite you. hes bit me probably 1000 times in his 13 years and i still love him. Never been bit by my pit though or the neopolitan mastiff i had for 12 years so i deffinetly agree the little ones will tear you up quick.
