Hi Mike, this is a fine piece with a real sculptural quality to it. I remember seeing it before and it is continuing to improve.
For some reason, I find myself wishing that the stone was just a little taller so it looks more like the tree is clinging to a cliff. Maybe you could build it up with another stone? I have seen that done before.
Also, that little outcropping of rock I have added to the lower left side would make it look more like the tree is tucked in a crag. Without it it kind of looks like the stone is about to crush the tree. You could just choose a couple similar rocks and put them on the left side to make it look like the stone's base is wider and more stable.
