I agree with Matt.
The Andorra Juniper doesn't have very good foliage for bonsai and the plums you mentioned are grafted so you would need to find one with an acceptable graft that isn't too conspicuous which may be hard to find given the fact that they are grafted for fruit trees and not bonsai.
I had a Yashino cherry once a long time ago and it has good flowers but the rest of the year it's kind of blaaa, plus the one I had was small and it doesn't grow very fast and was buggy....
Loblolly pine has long needles as well as the Eastern White pine.
