Question Quercus Virginiana Dropping Leaves

Hi folks! About a month ago I got a hold of two Quercus Virginiana (Live Oak, Southern Oak, whatev.). They seemed pretty happy, even sending out some new leaves, until about two days ago, when I noticed a few of the leaves were yellowing and dropping off. I haven't been overwatering them, and think that I've been taking pretty good care of them.... They're on humidity trays and in a room that is between 67 and 74 degrees, with fairly constant 35% humidity. So I was wondering if this was something that Live Oaks do, or if I should be worried.

Thanks!
~Brian
