Unhappy Fungus? Blackspots, blackveins, crumpling foliage.

Hello,

I live in Nw Arkansas about 20' from a forest. Some thing,a fungusamongus (I think), is ruining most of my outdoor trees.I think it has arrived via forest. Some privets have lost almost all of the foliage-which I thought was just going dormant.Persimon, armor maple, wingedelms, japanese maples, english elms, korean maples,&hawthorns are all starting to show signs of this foliage attack. Some are still activley growing.I have treated them twice w/ a fungicide/insecticide.The leafs are a little darker green but the black is still getting bigger,I don't think the medicine is helping...I am wondering if I removed all of the foliage would this stop it?,or end up killing the trees?I read that misting alot will help...but it has been raining some this past week and I think it gets worse.I havent seen any signs of this on my conifers yet.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!!
