The auction was great. I do have alot of pots, but when it comes to great pots, I am limited to the ones shown here. I have loads of ceramic and clay pots that I just dont need. Alot of mame sized ones as well. I can do without those. Mostly I trade them at our meetings for trees and cash, but once in a while I like to give donate them to worthy things.....

Sara lives in Redwing Mn, and is a member of the Minnesota Bonsai Society. Her wares have made an impact here in the states. Like many other good potters, she has a following of "groupies"...me being one of them. I know that she was doing the normal pottery wares....and was doing bonsai as well.....then she started making bonsai pots for herself, then did some for friends etc.....

I have yet to see her on the forums, here or there. And the website given is the only place else I have seen her stuff on the net. What I like most about her pots are the fact that they are highly vitrified (sp?). They hold up in our deep frozen winters without fail. I love the sound that they make when you hold them and give them a little flick of the finger.....music to my ears. Try that with your run of the mill ceramics....you make get a ting or two in there....a sign of a not so good pot.

any how...preaching to the choir i am sure.
