Serissa should be kept above 55F (18C), probably indoors with good light is best for it. Its possible for the elms to go either way. Normally, once the leaves have dropped the elms should be kept dormant until spring . Keep them in a protected area that's not heated for the winter. Don't forget to water them once in while when they are dry.
