I don't need this kind of guilt trip! If I wanted to be nagged about how much time I spend here instead of doing whatever it is that I am supposed to be doing, I'd stop hiding my BonsaiTALK surfing from Old Missus Crow. She probably thinks I've got a pr0n habit given the frequency with which I close the web browser as soon as she walks into the room.

So I propose the following alternative text:

You last visited: Several hours ago. Maybe several days, even. Whatever it's been, it's been too long. We all missed you. And you needed a break. Hell, you deserve a break.
