Maybe you were sent "PRO LEAGUE" instead of Turface MVP. What did the bag say. What did the bag you were formerly using say?

If I had a lot to sift I'd do it with a stretched aluminum or steel window screen (not fiberglas). Something just a little finer would be ideal, but it would probably cost a lot more.
Repotting depends on your climate. I probably wouldn't repot azaleas now unless they had drainage problems.
