Gcraft, what you've done looks very neat and attractive and is a great start with the material you have. I wish that I lived closer to Indianapolis; if I did I be happy to give you 10 or 12 of my Bonsai starters, probably from my grow bed. Even though I've been warned not to give trees away. Seems like alot of folks don't appreciate what they get when you do that. Though my bet is that you'd be very appreciative and take excellent care of them.

We're very close to Fall now and you might want to collect some seeds from your local trees to work with next year. Take a look at my thread in the Propagation section of this site and let me share some of my enthusiasm for working with seedlings with you. Just don't let any of the real veterans here know that you're doing it; you might get a scolding for spending your time on projects with such a long time horizon!
