I'm not an expert, but I do keep a Serissa and it is in very good health.

One thing I notice is that you fertilize every week, and I think that every two weeks is generally considered best by a lot of people. I fertilize mine every two weeks by soaking the pot in water that has Superthrive and a bonsai fertilizer in it.

Once each month, I use Miracid in a 1/2 dose to keep the soil acidic. The yellow leaves falling off is pretty normal from what I understand when the serissa changes environments. It is my understanding that they are very picky and when you change the amount of light or water they get, the tree often drops many leaves.

Again, I'm not an expert, but I do have a very happy and healthy Serissa that blooms a LOT and often, and that is the care I give it. I'm sure those with more experience than I have will be able to give more information or correct me if I've made any mistakes.

Good luck!
