Scarification : Soak in hot tap water for 24hr
Stratification : Cold stratify for 90 days in refigerator ( put seeds in damp paper tower)
Germination : Sow seed 1/4" moist soil.
Or wait till autumn, find your self a spot. Sow seed outdoor and wait till next spring.
