I don't have much experience with virtuals but i'm trying to learn. I immediately saw too many drawbacks to MS paint. I just purchased Adobe photoshop CS. It is incredible! I don't believe I will ever be able to utilize it to its full potential.
Wish I new of a better "free" alternative. Maybe someone else will.
