Sorry, the poll options don't make any sense. I can't answer it and couldn't interpret the result myself. Two of the "answers" are somewhat identical
No = Should have waited longer
And one response does not adress the question at all, but a related question that is not exclusive of the first three options.

So, I can't answer your poll, because all the answers seem correct.
Yes! if the seeds are germinating, what can you do other than plant them?
No! it was too late in the year to germinate them
Yes, You should have waited longer to germinate them and sown them next spring
They could survive but it's unlikely they'll make it indoors unless you can control light, humidity and ventilation well.
In any case good luck, I will leave the poll going for awhile if it is meaningful to you.
P.S. . Don't water the seedlings from above. Rest the container in a tray of water for a few minutes, instead.
