I don't know pine for sure, but I would think that if they just germinated and started to grow it may be a bit late in the season for them to harden off before winter arrives. If you do get them to grow you may have to provide special protection for the winter. Again I don't know your area and don't have experience with pines.

Maybe someone with more experience can chime in?
