Ron, what you've said is exactly what I figured....I cut this one back a few years ago and it reacted well. Now overwintering in my basement greenhouse and such have taken their toll. It was purchased from the monks at the monastary in Conyers Ga. so I don't REALLY consider it mallsai but.......I feel that there is no hope but to keep it growing as a Ficus. Just a Ficus and thats all.
Just for grins, would you recommend lopping of that right branch and if so, what method?...saw, knife, shears?.....Thanks. No offense taken. I treasure the wealth of ideas and knowledge I can gain from you guys.
