It certainly appears to be thuga occidentalis . I have a number in my collection . I love to collect them . They take well to pot culture. You can call them eastern white cedar (actually a misnomer) or arbovitae. The foliage is sometimes a pain fert. well when it recovers from transplanting and pinch, pinch, pinch.
