I use Miracid on my azaleas; I *recommend* Miracid on azaleas. Unless you're really over-fertilizing them, I can't imagine that that's the problem. The problem is that azaleas are understory plants with fine, shallow root systems- it's hard to water them
correctly. And they get a lot of diseases; they get at least 13 species of Phytophthora, armillaria root rot, phymatotrichum root rot, and pythium and rhizoctonia damping-off, and that's just the roots.
