I'm not sure keeping the lower branch will work with broom style tho, plus theres a heavy chop been done at some time, looks nasty inside the head.A thick stem that suddenly terminates. If you look on my original picture you'll see where the trunk forks, the right hand fork is a stump.
But your idea about bending the branches is kinda how i was thinking.But will wait till its flowered i think, i want to see the flowers!
Lets just hope i can keep it!
