Hey Treebeard,
Is it just my or is the photo all of one view, through different stages of devolpment?
Oh well, if if this is the picture you meant to post I'ld go with the bottom right hand side. I like the way the foliage is thinned out underneith, it shows the structure of the major branches well. The rear branch on top and bottom right hand side looks the most balanced. The layers of foliage look the most mature on this one too. It gives you just a hint of where the smaller branches connect and spread.
I also like the left branch on all the trees. Lots of trees have that "unlucky" branch that is more twisted and beaten on than every other branch. Few bonsai have one.
