It's hard to tell from the photo, but the soil looks dry.

I would soak it for an hour and then water it overhead thoroughly several times to get the water flowing out the drain holes.

If the tree begins to suffer for any reason, I would look at removing that large, flat rock that seems to cover a good part of the soil surface. So long as the tree remains healthy: no trouble.
