Hey all,

Well the problem is resolved, i did spray with systemic Fungicide, all seems well, have since re-potted and it is doing well.

There are still a few leaves with this white, dry powdery residue on, but once wiped off it's ok.

The 'fluffy' soil hasn't come back since, so am pleased with that.
