Well its finally official. At 3 PM today I signed the paperwork and tomorrow I start to work on fixing it up.
A new house and a new back yard.
Wonder what it will look like in a few weeks. New bonsai garden or a beat up old double wide trailer to rent to some hillbilly that drinks Bud
