Recurring costs average around $75 per month. Most of the one-time expenditures have been made already, and involved the forum and gallery software and so forth.
The forum is split across two domains; it would probably be somewhat less expensive to host it totally at one site, but the news, links & articles stuff is running off software licensed to another domain, so I pull it all the content in from there rather than take a hit on relicensing.
I have found a more cost-effective domain registrar, so that's one cost that should be reduced over time. I should keep a record of my development time, just for my own interest, but I have not done that.
