Thanks for the virtual. As for the leaves, I defoliated this tree once and when the new leaves grew back they came back much smaller, but within a month even in full sun they started to get bigger once again. I don't know if it will be possible to keep them small enough to reduce the tree and still keep it convincing. My goal was actually to get the tree a bit bigger (as you can see by the large pot it's in).
