Here's a question that's been bugging me for a long time. My folks gave me a Juniper mallsi (actually it's a Sam'sClubsai) as a gift a couple of years ago. The tree has actually survived longer than I thought it would but it looks terrible. It has a lot of foliage on the vary ends of thin secondary branchs. How do I encourage budding closer to the main branch. I have tried pinching the growing tips with no luck? Any help would sure be appreciated.
