Welcome Rafal,

If this is your first tree, I would concentrate more on the techniques for keeping a tree a live and not too much on the styling of it just yet.

That being said, the way to get your tree to grow more further down the branches is to trim the upper parts of the branches. You can either pinch off the new leaf buds as they form or just clip the new branchlets at the top. This will induce backbudding and growth further down the branches.
