I am new on this forum and I am also absolutelly beginner
I have recently bought my first tree, it is chinese privet.
I like it, but I would like to corect some things.
Only two main branches are thick and the rest is very thin.
The tree is growing up (new leaves), but onnly top branches.
Could you advise me, how to make the branches thicker in the lower part of a tree?
I have read I should let them grow for a long time and then cut.
But the tree is growing up only on the top..
What should I do?
I would be also grateful fot any other suggestions about my tree
